1. Where do your products ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, Passages International, located in Albuquerque, NM. We work with them to ensure fast, accurate, and eco-responsible delivery.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard items (urns, scattering tubes, add-ons): 2–7 business days

  • Caskets: 5–10 business days depending on size and destination

  • Expedited options (2-Day or Overnight) are available at checkout for select products.


3. Do you offer eco-friendly shipping materials?

Yes—all packaging is recyclable or compostable. Most products arrive with minimal plastic and are wrapped in biodegradable or recycled materials.


4. Can I travel with a biodegradable urn?

Yes. All of our urns are TSA-compliant for domestic air travel. We recommend carrying ashes in their provided biodegradable bag inside the urn.


5. What’s the difference between earth burial and water burial urns?

  • Earth burial urns are designed to biodegrade gradually once buried in soil.

  • Water urns are built to float briefly before gently sinking and dissolving in water within hours.


6. Are your caskets suitable for green cemeteries?

Yes—all of our caskets are 100% biodegradable and Green Burial Council Approved, making them suitable for use in certified green cemeteries and natural burial grounds.


7. Do you offer child-sized options?

Yes. We offer a curated selection of child and infant caskets made from willow, bamboo, and seagrass in 24” and 36” sizes.


8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the sensitive nature of memorial products, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to start a claim.


9. Can I personalize any of the products?

Yes. Some items, such as the Bamboo Tribute Urn, can be paired with an engraved bamboo plaque. Look for personalization options on applicable product pages.
